All packages are registered, thus must be signed before You take them from Your Post Office department or when courier deliver it to You (You will have to show some document such as ID card or drivers license to prove Your identity).
Fantasmagoria Company have many years experience sending goods by Post Office, and so far none of the sent orders were damaged and every single parcel has reached the customer.

SHIPPING TIME
Please note, that if the ordered goods are included in Your invoice, that means that the goods are in stock, or will be in stock within 2 weeks. If longer terms are needed to deliver the order, You will be informed and have a right to cancel/change the order. All the orders are usually shipped within 5-15 working days, unless stated otherwise in the invoice
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery of goods takes 4-14 days after we ship them. It may take longer during a big Holidays such as Christmas & New Year. Your patience is appreciated!
SHIPMENT PRICE
We calculate the shipment price for each order individually.
Please see approximate prices in the next chapter.
PLEASE NOTE: The price of shipment will not automatically appear in Your shopping cart when checking out. The price for delivery will be calculated after we receive Your order.
Shortly after placing the order You will receive the email with the invoice which will include shipping price and payment details.
After Your order has been sent for delivery- You will receive shipping confirmation email.
PACKAGING AND PRICES
There are two types of packaging we use to ship orders: small packages (envelopes) and big packages (boxes).
To qualify for a small package, Your order weight must be under 1 kg; packed goods have to fit into Post Office's defined small package envelope (that means overall order measurements must be under 40cm * 50 cm * 5 cm (width) when packed).
Please note: the price for shipping the small package is the same for all Countries, all over the World.

INFO ON TAXES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPEAN UNION:
For big orders (usually over the 100 Euro to the Countries outside EU) You may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches Your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be made by You as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so You should contact Your local customs office if You need more information.
SENDING ORDERS AS GIFTS
If You prefer, we can send Your order as a Gift, instead sending it as Goods. In this case instead of the printed invoice only packing list will be packed with Your order. Please make a note about 'gift delivery' in the comments field on a checkout.
SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS PAYING BY PAYPAL
If You pay by PayPal, please note: We accept/send orders ONLY to verified address. This means: email & address of Your PayPal account must be the same as stated in Your order. This is done for Your own protection. For more info about 'address verification' please read info at PayPal website here.
LATE SHIPMENTS
Usually (95% of time) we send all orders within 7 days after we receive the confirmation of payment from our bank or PayPal. But sometimes it can take longer, if some ordered goods are not in stock. In this case we will inform You about stock situation before You do the payment (so You'll have possibility to cancel the order or cancel an item if You are not ready to wait).
It doesn't happen often, but if some item is not available after You made Your payment, or if it takes longer time to produce a garment- we'll inform You about the waiting time. If You consider a waiting time is too long we cancel the order and return money back to You.
Please note, there is no need to check Your post box before You receive shipping confirmation email from us :).

All prices above are listed in Euro - EU Currency.
If Euro is not Your Country official money, You may want to check the currency exchange rate at Your local bank or on the website here.
