RETURNS & CLAIMS

All returns and claims must be done within 14 days after receiving the order.

No returns will be accepted without authorization.

Returns shall only be accepted for defects or non-conformity with order.

If the return is to be done because the wrong size was chosen, we refund 95 % of the products price.

The shipment price is not refundable in any case.

No claims on used goods, items must be in their original condition and labeled.

All claims for carton damage/breakage must be made with the shipping courier.

Due to website improvements and to make our services better- we may from time to time change the terms and return conditions.
