SHIPMENT

    We ship all orders via National Post Office. This way of shipment is the cheapest and its safe.

All parcels are registered and must be signed before you take them from Your National Post Office (or courier). The delivery of goods takes 1-14 days after we ship them.

  We calculate the shipment price for each order individually. The price of shipment will not automatically appear in Your shopping cart while checking out, it will be calculated after we receive Your order. Then we will email You about the shipment price and payment details.

    Usually we ship all orders within 10 days after we receive the confirmation of payment from our bank. But sometimes it can take longer, if some ordered goods are not in stock, in this case we inform our customers about it before they do the payment (so they might cancel their order if they are not ready to wait).

PACKAGING AND PRICES

    There are two types of packaging we use to ship your orders: small packages (envelopes) and boxes.

    To qualify for a small package, your order weight must be under 2 kg; packed goods have to fit post office defined small package envelope (that means overall order measurements must be under 40cm * 50 cm * 5 cm (width) when packed).

    The price of shipping a small package ranges from 2 to 14 Euros. The price depends on the weight of small package. Please note, that the price of shipping the small package is the same for all countries, all over the world.

250 g - 1000 g	6 Eur	some clothes (short skirts, sleevless tops, t-shirts, short dresses, etc); hair and wigs; chokers&wristbands; some bags; all wallets; hosiery; some belts; buckles, etc..
500 g - 1000 g	9 Eur	some clothes (skirts, tops, t-shirts, short dresses, etc); bags; hair and wigs; chokers&wristbands; some bags; all wallets; hosiery; some belts; buckles, etc..
1000 g - 2000 g	14 Eur	most clothes (even long gothic romantic dresses and huge industrial pants); most bags.

    Everything that exceedes the weight or measurement of small package is packed in the box.
That goes for : ALL SHOES, big orders (for example: two or more long gothic-romantic dresses, two or more men‘s pants, more than two big bags; complex orders, like skirt+trousers+bag+shoes+jewelry, etc..).

    Below is the table showing the prices for shipping boxes weighted 1 kg to 10 kg. Please note, that the prices are different for each country.
